Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are between Verigo Global (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and you (“you” or “your”). These Terms apply to your use of Verigo Global’s compliance management software and any updates to it. These Terms may also apply along with other terms in the Master Services Agreement between you and Verigo Global or any other agreement with us that provides services to you (the “Agreement”). If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that company or organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” refer to that company or organization. You may also be agreeing to these Terms as a user authorized by our customer, in which case you must follow all terms and conditions set out here.

By using Verigo Global’s software or by clicking to accept these Terms when the option is given, you agree to follow these Terms, our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.verigoglobal.com/privacy-policy/), and our Cookie Policy (available at https://www.verigoglobal.com/cookie-policy/), which are part of this agreement. If you don’t agree with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or our Cookie Policy, you should not use our software.

Changes to Terms of Use

We may revise and update these Terms of Use and other policies from time to time at our sole discretion, notifying you of such changes by reasonable means, including posting a revised version of the Terms of Use on our website at verigoglobal.com. All changes are effective on the date we post the revised Terms of Use incorporating the changes or otherwise notify you of such changes. These changes will not apply to any dispute arising before the date we posted the revised Terms of Use or otherwise notified you of the changes. Your continued use of Verigo Global following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes.
